Triton Care+ is our customer care plan designed to give you total peace of mind. Triton Care+ is a low-cost benefit, so you won't need to worry if your hearing aid is lost, stolen, accidentally damaged, or stops working, anywhere in the world. What's included
Annual Care+ Kit
Everything you need to keep your hearing aids in top condition for 12 months— including domes, wax filters, replacement receiver, a cleaning kit, and batteries if required. Triton Care+ fair use policy applies.
Replacement Service
No quibble replacement if your hearing aid is lost, stolen, or accidentally damaged and can't be repaired. A payment will be required per hearing aid replaced under the plan.
Repair Service
Unlimited repairs to your hearing aid through breakdown or accidental damage, for the duration of the plan within the manufacturer's warranty period.
Travel Service
Triton Care+ plan is valid whilst on holiday, up to a maximum of 31 days (at any one time). Your replacement or repair service is only available on your return to New Zealand
